Refund policy

Eligible Returns
    •    Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment.
    •    Returns made after 14 days may be accepted for store credit only, at the discretion of Boutique duToit.
    •    An active receipt, gift receipt, gift certificate, or gift card is required for all returns.
    •    Items must be:
    •    Unworn
    •    Unwashed
    •    Free of damage
    •    Free of makeup, deodorant, stains, or scented perfumes
    •    With all original tags attached

We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, or does not meet these conditions.

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:
    •    Lingerie
    •    Bodysuits
    •    Intimate wear
    •    Skincare and beauty products
    •    Candles
    •    Any item that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken

Once these items leave the boutique, they cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

Additional Notes
    •    Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
    •    Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
    •    Returns that do not comply with this policy will be declined.
    •    Boutique duToit reserves the right to limit or refuse returns to protect the integrity of our products and brand.
